RNSignal Insider Issue-Release Merch Drawing: Official Rules

  1. Sponsor. RNSignal ("Sponsor"), 10900 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78759, info@rnsignal.com.

  2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19+ in AL and NE; 21+ in MS) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

  3. Drawing periods. One drawing is held for each quarterly RNSignal Magazine issue release. Each drawing period begins 12:00:00 AM ET on the day after the prior issue's release date and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on the day before the next issue's scheduled public release. Scheduled periods and drawing dates:

    • Period 1: Oct 22, 2026 – Jan 4, 2027; drawing at the Winter 2027 release, Jan 5, 2027
    • Period 2: Jan 6 – Apr 5, 2027; drawing at the Spring 2027 release, Apr 6, 2027
    • Period 3: Apr 7 – Jul 5, 2027; drawing at the Summer 2027 release, Jul 6, 2027
    • Period 4: Jul 7 – Oct 4, 2027; drawing at the Fall 2027 release, Oct 5, 2027

    If an issue release date changes, the period end and drawing date move to match the actual release, and Sponsor will post the updated dates at rnsignal.com/insider. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

  4. How to enter. (a) Join RNSignal Insider free at rnsignal.com/insider with a valid email address. Active members on the last day of a period receive one (1) entry for that period. (b) Alternate free method: email info@rnsignal.com with the subject "Insider Drawing Entry" and include your name, email and state. Limit one (1) entry per person per period, regardless of method.

  5. Winner selection. One (1) potential winner per period is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 days after that issue's release date. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  6. Prize. One (1) RNSignal merchandise item selected by Sponsor, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) under $100. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent, except Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any taxes.

  7. Notification. The potential winner is notified by email and must reply within 7 days with a US shipping address, or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require an affidavit of eligibility.

  8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial and state to announce the winner, with no further compensation.

  9. General. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or technical failures. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or violates these rules, and may cancel or modify the drawing if it cannot run as planned. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from liability related to the drawing and prize, to the extent permitted by law.

  10. Privacy. Information collected is used as described in the RNSignal Privacy Policy.

  11. Winner list. For the winner's name, email info@rnsignal.com within 60 days after a drawing.

  12. Platforms. This drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Fourthwall or any other platform.
